Budapest - 3 days of good food and drink in this beautiful town. Definitely my favorite place in Europe... :-)

Crit - October 07

Critz Romania (30 km from Sighisoara) - One creepy little village. Strongly recommended in the area are the villages of Viscri (fabulous old fortified church) and Biertan.

Wines- Poshirca. Stands in Romanian for home made undrinkable wine. Horrendous!

Spirits- Palinka. Far from being the best, still, it saved the day!

Frankfurt - September 07

Germany – civilized, clean, boring… :-)

Beers – Paulaner Weizen, Dunkel. Binding (local beer)
Apfelwein – wine made out of apples. I personally loved it.

Kamchia- the widest beach in Bulgaria, quiet, remote, full of mystery. Definitely not the place for the "all inclusive", crap eating shit music lover!

Arbanasi - Small village near Veliko T. Beautiful and authentic traditional architecture preserved. Impressive collection of old churches.

Wines - Whites: Traminer Targovishte, Chardonnay Pomorie, Sauvignon Blanc Targovishte.

Rose: Menada, Windy Hills.

Beers: Zagorka, Kaltenberg.

Balchik - May 07

Gorgeous little town on the Black Sea coast - Bulgaria. Botanic garden-a must see.

Ruse - February 07

Very nice town on the Bulgarian Danube side. Old town center well preserved and nice pedestrian avenue.
