Paris - for me sounds more like Pastis... :) It was nice to see this town in April...Wine - Gewurtztraminer from Alsacia Ritzenhaler, Rose Ksara (Lebanese wine!), Sauvignion Blanc Appelation Sennecay, Normandy Cider, Kir.

Spirits - Pastis (of course) Calvados.

London- crazy town. So much movement around. People, cars, buses, planes and choppers overhead... so much going on.

Beers - London Pride (ale), Guinness, Tzing Tao (in China town)

Cider - Strongbow.

Sofia

The Bulgarian main city - alive with numerous restaurants, pubs and bars. Nice architecture, old streets and don't forget that 2280 meter high mountains are surrounding the city.

White wines - Chardonnay Sakar, Misket Sakar, Traminer Domain Boyar, Dymiat&Aligote Menada.

Red wines - Mezeek, Stambolov Merlot.

Beers - Zagorka, Kamenitza, Shumensko, Ledenika.
